Shipping

Shipping is completed within 3 to 5 business days, sometimes earlier during slow business times. All shipping is through USPS, unless you , the customer make other arrangements by calling 253.732.7680 during business hours. We take extra care to pack all items safely, so it arrives undamaged, and we record video shots of each package as it leaves or warehouse. In the case of a refund , the customer agrees to bring the damaged, or non working items into our shop, or pay the shipping costs.

Refunds..

All items are non refundable or exchangeable , unless not working , or damaged, in which case the customer has 15 days after original purchase to return the item(s). Do to strict laws regarding inks, and for the safety of our customers and their customers, there are no returns on ink. This is the law.
